A few years ago Scarlet & Gray started Beyond Me, a program whose purpose is to recognize students who think beyond themselves, who think of others first. Young people today are busier than ever with academics, athletics, and other extracurricular activities. It is important to encourage students not only to be great students, but also great citizens of their school community as well.

Where no such program exists, we seek to start one. We also provide support to schools which have an existing character program. The good news is that teachers are always finding children doing the right thing, going above and beyond to make their schools a better place.
